Managing an MAXIMO Deployment/Upgrade
This training is designed for those individuals anticipating an implementation or upgrade in the near future (or have had a bad experience in a recent project). Its purpose is to provide an overview of the entire process and to point out areas where projects traditionally encounter difficulty. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and offer the class an additional opportunity to learn from each other. The end product of this class will provide participants guidelines towards a defined implementation path highlighting obstacles and providing avoidances to these roadblocks.
