People are often the most important component of a successful asset and work management program. How they are trained, what they learn, and how they develop competency matters. Mel Bennett, Wayde Prejean, and George Perry will offer a breakout session at the 2019 Fall Conference in Phoenix entitled "Maximo Training – The People Portion of People, Process, and Technology". This session will be located in Salon 2 on Wednesday, October 2nd at 10:45 am. This session will be a panel discussion on how three separate utilities have developed training to increase the skill of their Maximo users. Panel members will present and provide examples of how competency and proficiency is achieved at their respective utilities during which an interactive discussion will be held with the audience. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain insight on how to improve learner capability while developing contacts and networking with training professionals.
